Found at our local fair grounds
It seems to be a whistle of some type.
From what I could find it was distributed by Ekhardt & Becker Brewing company Some time from 1935 to 1944 when they closed.
It says Wet your whistle with E&B Steinie Beer

That's a cool find! What do you think the metal is that's it's made from? Possibly tin I would say.

Wet your whistle means to have a drink.

I do think it is Tin. I am going to do some more looking in the area to see if I can find any thing else.
